The Way Out of toxic drama is a video series and consultation package developed to help protect you, and create the organization where you want to work!!
Sometimes we just have too much drama at work. It could be the boss, it could be an employee, it could be you. This package will help you cut through the drama so you, your family, your department, or your company can really link your passion and your career.
Yes, I am a first responder, and this series has emerged from my work with trauma-based community volunteer organizations. Trust me, if it can work there, it can work for you if you are willing to grow.
The series launch is coming soon. In the meantime let’s talk about your workplace.
Why Do I Keep Having These Haunting
Flashbacks?
In this series, you will learn three types of flashbacks, why they happen and how to resolve them using The Way Out(TM) technique.
We all have flashbacks. Flashbacks are simply incomplete experiences, leftovers when we told ourselves a story about what happened. Assuming we have not learned all we can about the intrusive event, our unconscious mind holds on to the pieces. Those pieces get triggered in very specific ways.
At one point I left it to the individuals to do the course at their own pace. I realized when we revisit difficulties we need support. Sometimes it isn’t me that I am concerned about, its a loved one who is acting erratically. Having support is vital. That is why I designed it so we can go through the series together and you can find the support you need.
Jeffrey Hosick serves first responders – the unsung heroes who give their all to serve others – because their work begins when bad things happen. He is dedicated to helping first responders find a clear path for a long career, so you can retire on your own terms at your own time.
Jeffrey does this not just for the first responder, but for those who love them: spouse, children, grandchildren and friends who pay the price with you. Unhealed trauma does not stay at work.
